Bill Brandt - Panelist at ABI’s Annual Spring Meeting

On Sunday, April 19th, Bill Brandt will participate on a panel at the ABI’s Annual Spring Meeting discussing the ABI Chapter 11 Commission’s recommendations on professional fees and expenses. The panel of Commissioners will discuss recommended reforms that provide for more effective oversight, as well as alternative fee structures consistent with professionals’ ethical obligations under the Code of Professional Responsibility.
