Two skilled and sought-after debaters – Retired Bankruptcy Judge Tom Bennett (now in private practice at the Washington, D.C. office of Bailey and Glasser) and Workout, Turn Around and Insolvency Professional Bill Brandt from Chicago – confront each other head on as they debate ABI-proposed changes to the Bankruptcy Code, particularly related to small and mid-sized businesses.
