John Filan, a Vice President of DSI, was interviewed on WTTW’s Chicago Tonight on February 22nd regarding his analysis of the state budget announced that day by Illinois Governor Pat Quinn, with particular emphasis on Medicaid and Pension reforms, as well as the state’s structural budget issues, and whether the steps outlined in the budget will restore the state’s fiscal health.
